Your Opportunity

Working within a close knit and supportive team, you will be responsible for the creation and implementation of marketing and communication campaigns that are consistent with Mission Australia's overarching marketing, brand, communication, and content strategies.

Your key responsibilities will be to :

  • Create and implement external marketing campaigns to support brand awareness and fundraising goals
  • Oversee the daily workflow coordination within the Brand, Digital, and Content team
  • Supervise external advertising agencies and designers who collaborate with the Brand, Digital, and Content team
  • Foster robust, efficient, and collaborative working relationships with essential internal stakeholders
  • Take the lead in managing one direct report, the Marketing Campaign Coordinator.

Requirements for Success :

  • Over 5 years of experience in executing marketing and communication campaigns across various media and digital channels, from planning to execution and post-analysis
  • Demonstrated success in digital marketing, encompassing social media, SEM, and SEO
  • Exceptional copywriting, editing, and content creation skills
  • Ability to write engaging content that reflects a brand's personality and style
  • Brand custodian, ensuring all campaigns align with the Mission Australia brand guidelines
  • Effective in building relationships and negotiating with diverse stakeholders
  • Thorough understanding of digital trends and reporting tools
  • Works well under pressure and thrives on creative challenges
  • Prior experience with EDM platforms (Preference for Marketo)
  • Proficient in using Google Analytics for collecting and reporting on digital data
  • A genuine team player with the capacity for in-person meetings and team days as required.
  • Before starting work with us, you will need to undertake a national police history check, qualifications and referee checks.
