As the PMO Delivery Lead , you will play a key leadership role within Endeavour Foundation’s Project Management Office (PMO). Reporting to the PMO Manager, you will lead, coordinate and support the delivery of complex projects and programs. You will lead a team of Project Managers, manage resources and remove obstacles to keep programs on track, particularly when challenges or ambiguity arise.
You will be part of a newly established Enterprise PMO committed to improving customer experience, strengthening organisational capability and delivering value-for-money outcomes through well-governed, high-quality project delivery.
Key duties of this role are to :
- Lead, support and mentor Project Managers, Project Officers and other delivery roles within the PMO.
- Plan, prioritise and resource projects and programs to meet strategic and operational objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Executives, Senior Responsible Owners and key stakeholders.
- Monitor progress, manage issues, conflicts and risks, and ensure proactive interventions when required.
- Ensure all projects align with Endeavour’s project management framework, approved business cases and governance requirements.
- Oversee project and program planning, including milestones, dependencies, schedules and reporting.
- Support the PMO Manager with performance insights, delivery updates and portfolio-level decision making.
- Conduct gate and assurance reviews at key lifecycle stages to ensure quality and readiness for submission to the Portfolio Governance Committee.
- Hold project teams accountable for scope, schedule, budgeting, quality and stakeholder engagement.
- Provide strategic advice and operational insights to senior leaders to support effective decision making.

To succeed in this role, you will have :
Tertiary qualifications in Business, Project Management or a related discipline.Qualifications and experience in recognised project or program methodologies (Agile, PRINCE2, MSP, PMBOK).Experience leading high-value, strategic and complex programs or projects.Demonstrated success overseeing project delivery teams within a structured PMO or similar environment.Strong capability in resource allocation, planning, reporting and delivery assurance.Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Experience supporting both business transformation and ICT initiatives.High-level analytical, data interpretation and decision-making skills.Ability to resolve conflicting priorities through thoughtful rationale and negotiation.Experience managing budgets, vendor partnerships, contracts and project risks.Ability to operate effectively in a dynamic, changing environment with multiple delivery methodologies.A proactive, constructive leadership style with strong coaching and mentoring capabilities.You will be required to undertake a Fit2Work National Criminal History Check and hold or be willing to obtain a Blue Card and NDIS Worker Screening Check.
