Are you an experienced Site Manager in HVAC looking for your next big project? This is your chance to lead on-site delivery for a landmark residential build on Sydney's Northern Beaches — combining career growth with a great project for the resume.

The Role

As Site Manager, you'll report to the Senior Project Manager and take ownership of daily site operations. You'll manage HVAC installation across multiple stages, manage subcontractors, oversee safety and compliance, and keep the project on time and to spec. You will also manage interactions with builders and ensure alignment.

Strong background in HVAC / mechanical services within construction
