This is an opportunity to move beyond routine maintenance and become a leader in the Capability Life Cycle Management (CLCM) space. We are seeking professionals to design assure and optimize the sustainment of sophisticated assets including:

• Autonomous & Uncrewed Systems: Surface and undersea platforms (AUV/UUV/USV).

• Diving & Hyperbaric Systems: Critical life-support and underwater technology.

• Signature Management: Acoustic and magnetic systems engineering.

Your focus will be Above the Line sustainment leadership meaning your expertise will be applied to:

• Governance & Assurance: Designing operational cadences and ensuring strategic compliance.

• Planning & Data: Developing intelligent maintenance regimes and translating data into key strategic decisions.

• Supply Chain & Delivery: Shaping resilient supply chains and guiding delivery outcomes within complex Commonwealth systems.

Who Were Looking For

We are keen to connect with experienced professionals across the sustainment lifecycle who possess a high-level security clearance (NV1 is standard; some specialised roles may require NV2):

• Engineering: Systems Signatures and Autonomy/Robotics Engineers.

• Sustainment Planning: Maintenance Planners and Asset Management Experts (familiarity with ISO 55001 is highly valued).

• Logistics & Commercial: Supply Chain/Procurement Leads Commercial Analysts and Australian Industry Capability (AIC) specialists (certifications like CIPS are a plus).

• Project Risk & Governance: Project Managers and Analysts (PRINCE2/PMP).

• Data & Configuration: Data/IDE Specialists and Configuration Management Experts (CM2).

• Scheduler with OPP expertise to stand up and run the IMS
