About the role
As the Service Desk System administrator, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring smooth IT operations and support. You will act as the first point of contact for technical issues, assisting users with hardware, software, and network-related problems.
Role Responsibilities
- Perform Windows system administration tasks, ensuring optimal system performance and availability.
- Provide expert-level support in Service Desk operations and application support.
- Manage service catalog operations, incident handling, and problem resolution with precision and efficiency.
Qualifications and Experience
The successful candidate combination of technical expertise, problem-solving abilities, and interpersonal skills to their role. They’ll have a user-focused approach to understand and address concerns effectively, and an ability to Manage multiple tasks and incidents effectively under pressure.
