The Role

We're looking for a

hands-on Operations Manager

to join our Sydney team and play a central role in scaling our lending platform.

You'll own the

end-to-end deal pipeline

, manage key stakeholders, and build the systems and processes that keep the business running smoothly as we grow. This role suits a

What You'll Be Doing

Own and manage the

end-to-end lending pipeline

, from application to funding and settlement

Identify and remove bottlenecks to keep deals moving quickly and accurately

Coordinate brokers, clients, credit, legal, and funding partners across live transactions

Build, implement, and continuously improve

operational systems and workflows

Maintain data integrity across CRM and internal systems

Support brokers and clients and act as an escalation point for operational issues

Track KPIs and support compliance and risk management processes

What We're Looking For

Strong experience in

operations, execution, and process management

Background in

startups, technology, financial services, business lending, fintech, or commercial credit

highly regarded

Confident managing multiple stakeholders and complex workflows

Comfortable operating CRMs and internal systems

Clear communicator with a calm, solutions-focused approach
