Developing new business, chase leads, build on existing relationships; use your strong sales & people skills to achieve success.

Be part of an exciting new opportunity to service a geographical territory of approximately 600+ potential customers by driving the Mobile Tool Store (MTS) to their place of work / business, which requires a regular call cycle with the primary focus of developing a MTS sustainable business model.

Developing relationships with existing & producing new customers through selling the benefits of the Repco Customer Value Proposition (CVP) to maximize our Share of Wallet (SOW) and provide long-term loyalty. We want to be the mobile tool supplier of choice to all our customers. This role will see you servicing the Geelong and surrounding area.

As a Repco BDM your duties will include (but not limited to) :

  • Achieve Budgeted Sales and Margin
  • Adhere to the Health & Safety Policies of the Business
  • Maintain mobile store appearance & presentation to acceptable professional level at all times.
  • Be able to store Mobile Tool Store safely & securely at your place of residence.
  • Provide Regular Communication (Internal and External)
  • Implement Monthly Promotional Activity
  • Review Pricing to Meet Current Marketplace
  • Attend Sales Meetings and Tradeshows
  • Promote & Sell Repco Own Brand Product Range
  • Promote & Sell Milwaukee Product Range
  • Milwaukee Supplier Engagement
  • Repco Store Relationships
  • Repco Sales Team Relationships
  • Category Manager Relationships
  • Inventory Management
  • Manage Territory to Focus on Current & New Business Sales Growth
