Maxima's Recruitment Services are seeking a Senior Communications Advisor with for a State Government role based in the CBD.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop, implement and evaluate effective change management, communications and training strategies, plans and programs.
• Plan, coordinate and undertake stakeholder analysis to ensure the appropriate communication of the projects strategic objectives and plans, whilst building partnerships with key stakeholders to facilitate the change management strategy.
• Provide expert advice and support to the implementation of SA Health Media and Communications strategies to ensure key messages and content are consistent and able to be applied across a wide variety of mediums.
• Lead the development and production of a large range of digital and hard copy communication materials to support the Project and Local Health Network based staff to build understanding and staff support in site preparation and implementation activities.
• Identify, investigate and mitigate complex communication risks and ensure the potential concerns and issues of stakeholders are successfully managed.
• Coordinate and undertake internal communication activities including managing and facilitating staff forums.

To Be Successful :

• Minimum 5 years working in the communications field
• The ability to manage multiple priorities
• A political awareness
• Updated covid vax
• A current police check (within 12 months)
