As a key member of our advisory team, you will leverage your deep understanding of employment law and best practices to deliver impactful solutions and act as a trusted advisor during pivotal organizational moments.

Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct professional virtual and face-to-face consultations with clients and employees to address a range of sensitive ER matters, including disciplinary processes, performance management frameworks, grievance resolution, misconduct investigations, termination procedures, and redundancy planning, ensuring legal compliance and minimizing organizational risk.
- Develop and deliver professional seminars and contribute to other strategic marketing initiatives to enhance the firm's reputation and generate new business opportunities.
- Undertake travel to client site to provide direct, on-site support to our diverse client portfolio, fostering strong client relationships and delivering tailored solutions.
The ideal candidate will possess a robust professional background and demonstrated expertise, including :
- Proven experience in independently managing complex employment relations matters, encompassing disciplinary actions, organizational restructures, and the implementation of effective performance management systems.
- A thorough understanding and practical application of the National Employment Standards, coupled with a sophisticated ability to interpret and apply the intricacies of the Australian Modern Award systems to ensure compliance and best practice.
- A degree in Human Resources or a related professional discipline such as Industrial Relations or Law, providing a strong theoretical and legal foundation for your expertise.
- A current Australian driver's license and access to a personal vehicle are essential for fulfilling the travel requirements of this client-facing role.
