Wellbeing Manager

About you :

• Tertiary qualifications in Nursing or Allied Health (with relevant registration) Desired.
• Previous Case Management Experience (Community and Aged Care experience highly desired)
• Experience working with clients conducting HPC/STRC assessments and applying goal-oriented, outcome focused and holistic approaches
• Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain strong networks with internal and external stakeholders
• Current drivers licence and be comfortable traveling throughout the region each day
• COVID-19 Vaccination
