An exciting opportunity exists for an Occupational Therapist to join us as Grade one in the Peter Mac Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, and Podiatry Department.
This role offers the chance to work in a world-class oncology setting, rotating through medical oncology, surgical oncology, and haematology wards while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient care and professional growth. The opportunity also exists to complete a rotation(s) at Royal Melbourne Hospital.

Key Responsibilities :
Deliver high-quality acute Occupational Therapy services to Peter Mac patients.
Provide patient-centred care within the specialist area of oncology.
Assist in discharge planning, goal setting, and developing ongoing care plans.
Implement and evaluate treatment plans, maintaining accurate clinical documentation.
Support departmental professional development, research, and quality initiatives to ensure evidence-based best practices.

The Successful Candidate Will Possess :
Bachelor of Occupational Therapy (or equivalent) with current AHPRA registration.
Strong clinical reasoning, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
