The Gig
Ovolo Hotels has an excitingly opportunity for an experienced Director of Sales to come on-board with us. This dynamic role will be the key driver in developing and implementing sales action plans, set to increase market share from existing clients and generate new business opportunities.
Reporting to the General Manager, you will manage a portfolio of sales accounts and partnerships in collaboration with the hotel HOD's to develop and drive sales strategies. Your responsibilities will include but not limited to :
About You

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have a minimum of 5 years' experience in a senior hotel sales capacity. You will have a strong understanding of hotel market segments and current trends and experience in development and execution of sales strategies at individual property or regional level. You will preferably have a bachelor's degree in hospitality, business, marketing or something similar; as well as confidence, communication, negotiation and networking skills. Most importantly, you will be FABULOUS. UNCONVENTIONAL. and NEVER BORING.
