Allied Grain Systems is a progressive industry leader in the design and construction of grain storage and handling facilities across Australia. Based in Young, NSW, our team delivers innovative, large-scale solutions to the commercial grain handling sector, with a strong focus on quality, safety, and customer service.

We’re currently seeking a motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team. This is a full-time role ideal for someone who thrives on responsibility, enjoys working closely with both technical and on-site teams, and wants to be involved in projects from concept design through to commissioning.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver projects from inception to completion, on time and within budget
• Oversee project scheduling, cost tracking, and scope management
• Prepare detailed design briefs, specifications, and documentation
• Liaise with drafting, engineering, and workshop teams during fabrication
• Coordinate with site supervisors and contractors during installation and commissioning
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards
• Develop and implement project‑specific safety and QA documentation
• Apply practical engineering knowledge to deliver cost‑effective solutions
• Maintain strong communication with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders
