Status : Full Time / 40 hours / week
Work Schedule : 6 : 30 AM to 3 : 30 PM Manila Time (9 : 30am-6 : 30pm Melbourne Time)
Job Responsibilities :
Respond to customers via email or messages from the websiteCollecting accurate information from the client and having them sign the letter of engagementEnsuring accurate and timely processing of claimsManagement of the claims processA high volume of data entryProviding a high level of customer service to internal and external stakeholdersAnalysis, review, and management of claimsLiaise with the banks about the insurance claim of the customerMinimum Requirements
500GB Internal or External Hard drive + 2-3 years financial services (e.g., insurance, banking, collections, Back Office, Consumer banking operations, Document processing, Loan Processing), OrExperience in Email Management / AdministrativeMust have 500GB internal or external storage
