Join Our Team as IT Infrastructure & Network Manager (Retail Sector)

Location : Exchange 106 | Department : IT | Reporting to : IT Controller

Are you ready to lead the digital backbone of a fast-paced retail environment? We’re looking for a strategic, hands-on IT Infrastructure and Network Manager who thrives in dynamic settings and is passionate about enabling seamless, secure, and efficient operations across stores, warehouses, HQ, and data centers.

What You'll Be Doing

Infrastructure & Network Management

Design and execute infrastructure strategies aligned with retail and corporate goals.
Manage physical and virtual environments, including servers, networks, firewalls, and cloud integrations.
Monitor performance, availability, and security using best-in-class tools, ensuring a robust and resilient IT ecosystem.

Retail Operations Support

Be the tech enabler behind our stores and warehouse operations—supporting POS systems, inventory tools, and logistics applications.

Swiftly troubleshoot and resolve IT issues to minimize downtime.

End User Computing (EUC)

Oversee the deployment and maintenance of laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals.

Implement endpoint security using Microsoft Intune or similar platforms.

Support productivity tools like Office 365, Teams, and SharePoint, ensuring end-user satisfaction.

Cybersecurity, Disaster Recovery & Business Continuity

Collaborate with Group Cyber Security to implement cutting-edge cybersecurity protocols.

Conduct regular security audits and disaster recovery tests to ensure preparedness and protection.

Assist in IT budgeting and resource allocation.

Evaluate vendors, negotiate contracts, and manage service agreements to ensure quality and cost-efficiency.

Leadership & Team Management

Lead a team of 4 IT professionals—mentoring, motivating, and driving high performance.

Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

What You Bring

Education : Bachelor’s in IT, Computer Science, or related field

Experience : 5–7 years in IT infrastructure / network management, with 3+ years in retail

Skills :

Firewalls, cloud platforms, endpoint protection

Strong troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management

Certifications (Preferred) : CCNP, CISSP, ITIL
