Associate / Senior Associate - Workers Compensation

Have a MINIMUM 5+ YEARS ’ post-admission experience in Workers Compensation claims?

What We’re Looking For:

• Workers Compensation and/or WID Experience: You’ve managed at least 100 personal injury matters.
• Strong Drafting Skills: You write clear, concise legal documents with confidence.
• Caseload Management: You handle a high volume of files with efficiency - no room for perfectionism, just results.
• Client & Advocacy Skills: Strong negotiation, advocacy, and communication skills.
• Proactive Approach: You’re detail-oriented, solutions-driven, and focused on outcomes.
• Public Liability Experience (Desirable but Not Essential): Candidates with PL experience are also encouraged to apply.
