We are seeking a talented and experienced Chef to plan and prepare high-quality meals, manage kitchen operations, and maintain food safety standards. The ideal candidate should have strong culinary skills, creativity, and the ability to manage a team in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare, cook, and present dishes according to restaurant / hotel standards

Develop new recipes and plan menus based on seasonality and customer preferences

Supervise kitchen staff and allocate tasks efficiently

Ensure consistent food quality, presentation, and portion control

Maintain hygiene and sanitation as per food safety regulations

Monitor inventory, order supplies, and manage stock levels

Control food cost, reduce wastage, and manage kitchen budgets

Coordinate with F&B staff for smooth service operations

Train and mentor junior chefs, cooks, and kitchen assistants

Ensure all kitchen equipment is maintained and functioning properly

Handle guest food-related queries, allergies, and customization requests
