A growing global technology company is looking for an experienced sales professional to join its Asia-Pacific team. This role is focused on winning new customers across Australia and New Zealand while managing a small group of existing accounts.
You’ll be part of a collaborative regional team working to expand market presence and build long-term client relationships. This position involves managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals, while contributing to the company’s overall growth strategy in the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the complete sales process, from identifying prospects to finalizing contracts.
- Develop and maintain a healthy pipeline through outreach, networking, and marketing collaboration.
- Create and execute a territory plan that highlights high-potential industries and accounts.
- Consult with clients to understand their business challenges and propose tailored technology solutions.
- Work closely with internal teams across sales development, customer success, and product to ensure smooth delivery and strong client outcomes.
- Manage renewals and identify opportunities to expand existing accounts.
- Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting data within CRM systems.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings.
Experience and Skills
5 or more years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, ideally in commercial or mid-market environments.Demonstrated success in acquiring new business and consistently meeting sales goals.Familiarity with selling into the Asia-Pacific region, preferably with experience in Australia and New Zealand.Strong consultative and value-based selling approach, able to link technical solutions to business results.Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.Experience managing full sales cycles independently.Proficiency with CRM tools and modern sales technologies.Additional Advantages
