About The Opportunity
Reporting to the Manager of Health, Safety & Wellbeing ANZ , the HSW Governance Advisor will be required to undertake research and drive development and maintenance of the HSW Management System (HSWMS) across TTI ANZ.
This pivotal role will ensure simple, accessible and fit-for-purpose frameworks are in place to manage HSW that will verify embedment and application of HSWMS requirements within the business in line with our HSW pillars : Protect : Care and Thrive.
Your key responsibilities will include :
HSW Frameworks / Management System
Monitoring / Verification
Partner with key stakeholders through proactive influencing, inclusive and engaging people methodologies.
Operational Management
About You
You will have a Cert IV in WHS combined with solid experience in development, implementation and continuous improvement of safety management systems, preferably ISO45001 and related audit tools, including Management System Auditor qualification. A minimum 3-5 years’ experience in the application of key safety management system activities, such as Risk Management and Incident Management and the following attributes :
