The Human Resources team is responsible for the delivery of end to end support to Council's employees and leaders across human resources, employee and industrial relations, and organisation development.
We have an exciting opportunity for a Learning and Development Officer to join our Organisation Development team to assist with developing the capabilities of employees across the organisation.
Reporting to the Coordinator Organisation Development, the role will work closely to coordinate and support the delivery of effective Learning and Development programs including e-learning modules, organisational development initiatives and will be responsible for administering Council's Learning Management System.

This role is predominantly located at Council's Merrylands and Auburn offices, with occasional travel required across Council worksites, and may be required to work across any of Council's work locations.
