Job Overview

EyeQ – Mackay Full-Time or Part-Time Optometrist – At EyeQ we are all about our people who deliver exceptional customer experiences. We pride ourselves on our history, and have been looking after people’s eyes since 1908.

It is our passion to provide customers with a personalised approach to Eye Care to develop long-lasting relationships. Fundamentally, we believe that people deserve quality time with their Optometrist; something we like to call Humanised Optometry.

At EyeQ Mackay we are committed to providing high quality eye care and eye wear to the people of Mackay and surrounding areas. Our patients range from the very young to the very old, so we guarantee you will find plenty to interest you! The practice is well equipped including OPTOS Daytona retinal imaging and OCT.

Responsibilities

You will play a pivotal role in building loyal and trusting relationships with the community to grow the practice. You will also have the opportunity to join our mission to help the world see by participating in the OneSight outreach program.

Our patients are great country people, and appreciate an optometrist with enthusiasm, great clinical skills and a warm heart! You will be able to access many opportunities for continuing professional development through financially supported industry training, peer learning communities, as well as scholarships to further your studies in special interest areas.
