This role offers the opportunity to work across sales and leasing in commercial property, backed by a trusted brand known for integrity, innovation, and exceptional client service.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll take ownership of commercial client relationships while leading activity across :
Commercial Sales & Prospecting
- Generate new business opportunities through networking, prospecting, and building strong relationships
- Manage a pipeline across retail, office, and industrial
- Prepare proposals, negotiate deals, and close transactions
- Deliver market insights
Leasing
Manage the end-to-end leasing processAdvise on rental structures, lease terms, and market positioningPrepare and review lease documentation with legal partnersMaximise occupancy and rental returns
Property Management
Oversee a portfolio of commercial assets with professionalism and careManage tenant relationships, inspections, budgets, repairs, and reportingEnsure compliance with safety and regulatory standardsDrive asset performance and long-term valueWhat We’re Looking For
Licensed Real Estate Agent (compulsory)Proven experience in commercial sales, leasing and / or property managementStrong negotiator with excellent communication skillsHighly organised, detail-focused, and confident working both independently and collaborativelyValid driver’s licence and reliable vehicleFamiliarity with commercial Property management software (desirable)Why Join Oslo Property?
