Job descriptionStrong financial modelling and analytical skills (e.g. IRR, valuation models). Experience in property investment or fund management. A client-first mindset with a passion for delivering results. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. A collaborative approach and commitment to continuous improvement. Specific knowledge of Forbury, MRI or other real estate property models is considered highly advantageous. About The Role
We’re looking for a commercially minded Senior Fund Analyst to join our Separate Mandates Team. The Separate Mandates business offers a diverse exposure across property sectors and markets for a range of major domestic and global clients.
The role will support our Fund Managers in delivering exceptional results for our mandate clients. This is a high-impact role where you’ll lead fund modelling, performance analysis, and strategic reporting to help shape investment decisions and drive portfolio growth.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Partner with Fund Managers to execute investment strategies, acquisitions, and divestments.
- Develop and manage fund models to support financial analysis and decision-making.
- Monitor performance against fund strategy and budgets, providing insights and recommendations.
- Deliver high-quality client service and build strong, trusted relationships.
- Prepare investment recommendations, budget presentations, and performance reports.
- Collaborate with Investment Managers and Finance teams to ensure seamless client delivery.
- Support capital management strategies and contribute to business growth initiatives.
