This pivotal leadership role blends strategic oversight with operational excellence, helping shape the future of aged care through clinical leadership, governance, and cross-functional collaboration.
About the Role
Reporting to the Head of Quality and Safeguarding , and working closely with all areas of the business, you’ll lead the Clinical Team to provide consistent, high-quality support across the customer journey. Your work will ensure their workforce is equipped to deliver safe, compliant and person-centred care.
You’ll also act as a key clinical subject matter expert on strategic projects and lead the development of clinical processes, policies and continuous improvement initiatives.
