Pricing Analyst - Commercial Bid Team

About the Role

Join a growing commercial business development team based at our client's Alexandria office in Sydney. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in preparing high-quality tender submissions, quotations, and business proposals. From initial pricing analysis and pre-qualification through to post-submission support, you'll help drive projects through their full lifecycle-contributing directly to the team's continued success and the broader growth of the business.

Key Responsibilities

Review tender documentation and prepare submissions within required time-frames, ensuring alignment with company policies and standards

Support day-to-day operations within the business development team

Liaise with clients regarding bid proposals and tenders

Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, particularly within Asset Ownership and Management sectors

Ensure compliance with established tender administration processes and documentation requirements

Skills and Experience

Experience in bids, tenders, pricing, estimating, or finance

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

A collaborative, accountable, and results-driven mindset

Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform under pressure

Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
