We're seeking a skilled Network and Systems Engineer to join a dynamic team in a high-performing role that blends technical expertise with stakeholder engagement and program management. Your new role

You'll be part of a professional operations team focused on maintaining secure, reliable, and available ICT platforms. The team supports both cloud and on-premises environments and values collaboration and continuous improvement.

Develop, operate, and maintain network infrastructure environments to meet support standards. Deliver services using Cisco technologies and integrate with COTS products (e.g., Fortinet, DWDM, Umbrella). Support and uplift Essential 8 principles within the operating environment. Provide expert engineering guidance across technology domains. Monitor and manage third-party network service providers. Troubleshoot and support within a software-defined network framework. Create and maintain standard operating procedures for network environments. What you'll need to succeed Strong background in Cisco networking. Willingness to grow skills in Microsoft Azure Cloud networking services. Solid understanding of security-first practices in ICT. Proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships and work independently. Canberra, ACT-based candidates only, due to the collaborative and interactive nature of the role.
