We are looking for an experienced Full Time Venue Supervisor to join the PLG team at the Grand Hotel in Frankston . You'll oversee all areas of the venue to ensure adherence to policies and procedures, supervise employees during their shifts, and assist in monitoring revenue targets and controlling costs.

The Grand Hotel is located in Frankston, the gateway to the Mornington Peninsula. Featuring a family friendly bistro, great service & a relaxed atmosphere, making it the perfect dining experience for all to enjoy.

What will my duties include?

• Supervise all areas of the venue to ensure smooth and efficient operations, adhering to company policies and procedures.
• Ensure employees are allocated to correct areas on shift and labour is well controlled and managed.
• Lead and support the team during shifts, providing guidance and addressing issues. Ensure staff are well‑trained and motivated.
• Ensure that all health, safety, and regulatory compliance requirements are met.

Additional physical requirements : the role may be quite fast‑paced and require lifting boxes, kegs or stock, standing for long periods of time, and utilising stairs.
