We’re seeking experienced Contractor Rehabilitation Counsellors to deliver high‑quality vocational rehabilitation services across a range of schemes including workers’ compensation, CTP, and government‑funded programmes across the following regions :

About the opportunity

As a contractor, you’ll enjoy autonomy and flexibility while working with a supportive multidisciplinary team. You’ll provide tailored rehabilitation services to clients experiencing injury, illness, or disability—helping them achieve sustainable return‑to‑work outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct vocational and psychosocial assessments
• Develop and implement individualised return‑to‑work plans
• Provide counselling and support for physical and psychological injuries
• Liaise with employers, insurers, and health professionals
• Maintain accurate case notes and meet compliance standards
