✨ Lead, Inspire & Grow Your Leadership Skills with Us! ✨

Redbank Plains State School is seeking a dynamic and dedicated Coordinator to join our developing leadership team at our growing OSHC service.

This is a permanent, part-time opportunity where you will work 25 - 30 hours per week across split shifts, Monday to Friday.

6 : 00-8 : 30am (Rise then Shine)
2 : 30-6 : 00pm (Stay and Play)
Block shifts through the school holidays (6 : 00am - 6 : 00pm)

🌱 About the Role

You’ll create and lead a dynamic, child-centered program, filled with exciting activities like STEM, sports, cooking, arts and crafts—all designed to inspire and engage.

You’ll take full ownership of your team’s roster, manage day-to-day operations, ensure compliance, and handle admin tasks—all while fostering an environment of teamwork and growth.

With mentorship from regional managers and support from a dedicated office team, you’ll have everything you need to develop your leadership skills and make a real impact.
