We’re looking for a Marketing Coordinator to support our Marketing Manager and work within a collaborative marketing team. This is a hands‑on coordination role that supports the execution of marketing activity across multiple brands. You’ll play a key role in keeping marketing activity consistent, organised, and running smoothly, while gaining hands‑on experience.
This role is ideal for someone with at least 2 years of marketing experience who’s ready to hit the ground running and take ownership of the role.
With close to 40 brands in‑house, you will implement strategies and tactical plans for key brands and categories. You will work closely with stakeholders to support existing and new products and seek new opportunities to engage with both trade customers and end users to grow brand reputation and drive demand.

Role Responsibilities:
- Managing social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)
- Coordinate content across multiple channels, including social media, website, and EDMs
- Develop and implement SEO‑friendly copy and digital campaigns to enhance brand visibility and engagement (Klaviyo)
- Creating and updating marketing materials and promotional items
- Assist in planning and executing product launches, campaigns and events
- Key project management alongside the Marketing Manager
- Coordinating influencer partnerships and tracking deliverables
- Assisting with Meta Ads setup, reporting on social performance and campaign results
- Updating website content (WordPress)
- Filming and editing short‑form video (reels)
- Working to weekly content plans, timelines, and deadlines
Key Selection Criteria:
You're highly organised, creative, and enjoy variety. Ideally, you'll bring:
- Strong practical skills in social media management, SEO, and EDM marketing
- Basic graphic design skills and a strong visual eye (Canva and/or Adobe Suite experience)
- Excellent organisational, communication, and prioritisation skills.
- Strong written communication and copywriting skills
- Very high attention to detail is essential
- Able to work independently while thriving in a collaborative team environment
- Excellent skills across Microsoft Office products
- WordPress experience is a bonus
- Prior experience with Meta Ads preferred
Qualifications:
- Minimum of two years’ experience in marketing coordinator or digital marketing role
- A relevant qualification in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media or similar (degree or diploma preferred)
- Experience working with influencers a plus
- Basic knowledge of firearms and optics a plus.
- Must be Australian citizen or permanent resident of Australia.
- National Police check & fingerprints are required.
