Specialised Carer - Home Care

About the role

In this role, you'll provide essential and practical care to help older people live independently in their homes and directly improve their quality of life. The role requires travel to clients’ homes in the Sutherland locations using your own car for which you'll be paid $0.99 cents per km plus paid travel time.

The locations you will cover may include in & around; Miranda, Woolooware , Sylvania, Caringbah, Sutherland, Waterfall, Alfords Point Bridges, Heathcote, Cronulla & Kurnell

The care work you'll be doing may include :

• Providing personal care - helping with showering and dressing
• Helping around the home - meal preparation and light house cleaning
• Providing transportation to appointments and assisting with shopping
• Assisting with medication
