- Job Description
- We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join the VIC West & TAS Refit Team. This role plays a key part in supporting stores across all aspects of the Petstock Retail Model, ensuring operational excellence and consistent brand standards. The job does require travel, accommodation and allowances.
- A Peek Into Your Petstock Day
- Provide support and guidance to Store and Support Teams to help them achieve and exceed expected store standards.
- Serve as Return to Work Coordinator for the region.
- Liaise with the Injuries team on behalf of VIC / SA / NT.
- Compile state-based reporting for the Retail Operations Manager as needed.
- Ensure regular visitation of stores within your region : conduct store audits, assess pet services processes, review the impact of initiatives, identify areas for improvement, and provide feedback to the Retail Operations Specialist.
- Ensure the store group’s compliance with task- and audit-related requirements
- Demonstrated ability to drive profitability & compliance.
- Strong Prioritisation & Conflict Management skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional verbal & written communication.
