We have exciting opportunities (Fulltime or Parttime) for experienced Draftspersons to join our Drafting and Design teams across Summit Homes Group. With roles available in New Homes, Renovations, Modular Construction, and Developments, you’ll have the chance to contribute your skills to a wide variety of residential projects.
From producing accurate working drawings to supporting innovative modular designs or large-scale developments, your expertise will help deliver compliant, buildable, and client‑focused outcomes. Proficiency in ArchiCAD, combined with a strong understanding of residential construction, the NCC, and R‑Codes, will be essential.

You’re an experienced Draftsperson with at least three years in residential construction drafting, confident in ArchiCAD and with a solid grasp of the NCC, R‑Codes, and buildability. Adaptable and versatile, you’re excited by the opportunity to work across different areas of residential construction, from new homes to modular projects and beyond.
You take pride in producing high-quality, accurate work and thrive in a supportive, team‑first environment. With excellent communication and problem‑solving skills, you value being part of a culture that invests in people, celebrates collaboration, and encourages innovation.
You must have FULL working rights and experience in drafting or design for a residential builder. Previous applicants for opportunities at Summit Homes Group in the last six months DO NOT need to reapply and will be automatically considered.
