We’re looking for a Store Manager to lead one of the most vibrant stores in Melbourne’s west. This brand is all about self-expression, self-care and confidence , designed for kids, tweens and teens – and loved by parents who trust the quality, ingredients and ethos behind every product.

From bright, sensory bath & body ranges to playful beauty and self-care essentials, this is a brand that celebrates individuality, inclusivity and fun. The stores are alive with music, colour and creativity – a true safe space where young customers can explore, learn and express themselves.

What you’ll bring :

• Proven experience leading a team in retail or hospitality (fast‑paced environments are a plus!)
• Natural energy, positivity and a hands‑on leadership style
• The ability to coach, motivate and grow a young, passionate team
• A genuine interest in self‑care, beauty or lifestyle products
• A love for creating a welcoming, inclusive store culture
