Customer Relations Executive

Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and collaborative Customer Relations Executive to join our Supply Chain team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end supply chain relationship for a portfolio of key retail customers. Acting as the critical link between our commercial teams, supply operations, and retail partners, you will play a vital role in driving service excellence, optimizing order management, and aligning supply processes to support our Net Sales and operational goals. Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Relationship Management : Act as the primary supply chain contact for an assigned portfolio of retailers, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and long-term strategic alignment.
• Order Optimisation : Proactively manage customer orders to support Net Sales targets while maximising supply chain efficiency and minimising risk of waste or lost sales.
• Performance Monitoring : Track, analyse, and report on customer supply performance metrics (e.g. service levels, order fill rates, OTIF) and take corrective actions where necessary.
• Issue Resolution : Quickly resolve order‑related issues such as supply issues, delays, or discrepancies with a customer‑centric and solution‑oriented approach.
• Continuous Improvement : Identify and lead opportunities to improve supply chain processes, systems, and customer collaboration models.
