About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Finance Business Partner to join our internal finance team. In this role, you will drive financial performance, enhance reporting capabilities, and build strong relationships across the business. You will support the preparation of the annual budget, work closely with our Shared Services Leaders to analyse financial information, and partner with Senior stakeholders to provide strategic guidance and support.
Key Duties and Responsibilities :
Prepare and analyse management accounts, providing insights and recommendations to improve financial performance across cross centres
Partner with key stakeholders across the organisation to understand business requirements and provide financial support and guidance
Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities across the organisation, ensuring alignment with strategic goals
Contribute to the budgeting process, including coordination with various cost centres to gather information and provide ongoing support
Assist in the development of financial forecasts and projections to support strategic planning and continued growth
Collect, analyse, and interpret financial data to provide actionable insights and support decision-making processes
Work closely with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support for various projects and initiatives
Build strong relationships through effective partnering and proactive nature
About You
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field
CA or CPA equivalent qualification
5+ years in management accounting or financial analysis
Workday Adaptive Planning system experience is advantageous
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
