Trainer & Assessor - Mining

Overview

Our Opportunity. Fortescue’s Christmas Creek mine is located on the traditional lands of the Nyiyaparli people. Roster : 8D / 6R – FIFO ex Perth or Busselton. Fortescue is seeking a dynamic and passionate Trainer and Assessor with a strong understanding of Mining operations to join our Christmas Creek training team.

Responsibilities

• Delivery Mining Operations Training and Assessing
• Delivery of FMG Specific Training and Assessments including Verification of Competency Assessments
• Facilitation of classroom-based Training and Inductions
• Ability to demonstrate initiative and work without supervision
• Well organised and excellent time management skills with strong attention to detail
• Hands on approach to teamwork, positive attitude and superior customer service skills are essential
• Administrative and scheduling duties as required
