We are seeking a hands-on Marketing Lead to build a high-performing growth engine from the ground up. You will shape the company’s narrative, drive adoption across clinicians and hospitals, and play a pivotal role in scaling an ambitious AI healthcare platform.
Responsibilities
- Craft clear, compelling messaging that communicates the value of our AI solutions.
- Build and execute campaigns that convert awareness into qualified pipeline and revenue.
- Develop go-to-market strategies for new product launches.
- Lead brand-building efforts across content, PR, partnerships, and events.
- Manage channels, reporting, and performance systems, including HubSpot.
- Collaborate closely with sales and partnerships teams to expand enterprise reach.
Qualifications
5+ years’ experience in B2B SaaS marketing, ideally in healthtech or professional services.Proven ability to build or scale marketing in a £1–£10M ARR startup environment.Strong execution skills with comfort owning the full funnel.Ability to balance creative storytelling with data-driven decision-making.Passion for technology that improves patient care.Opportunity to influence a rapidly scaling organisation at a high-impact moment.Work with a high-performing team in a fast-moving, innovative environment.Significant autonomy to build and shape the marketing function.Seniority level
