The Why
We’re seeking a technical Marketing Specialist to join our Lifecycle Marketing team at Ubank. This role is central to enhancing customer engagement through data-driven audience segmentation and personalized communications.
Key Responsibilities
- Curate and manage high-value audience segments aligned to banking lifecycle stages.
- Collaborate with Lifecycle Marketing Managers to design audience strategies supporting acquisition, onboarding, engagement, and retention goals.
- Ensure audience definitions are compliant with banking regulations and privacy standards.
- Partner with the Martech Technical Squad to enhance Tealium’s data capture, attribute enrichment, and integration with downstream channels.
- Optimize audience and segmentation with our Customer Engagement Platform to drive improvements in data quality, latency, and event tracking for real-time personalization.
- Activate curated audiences across email, push, app, and paid media, ensuring seamless delivery and troubleshooting data flow issues.
- Collaborate with Analytics to monitor audience performance and campaign ROI, providing insights to refine segmentation strategies and improve lifecycle outcomes.
Your Experience
2-3 years of experience working with Tealium AudienceStream or similar CDPs in a regulated industry, ideally banking or financial services.Experience with Customer Engagement Platforms like MoEngage, Braze, Salesforce or similar.Strong understanding of customer lifecycle marketing and audience segmentation.Ability to translate marketing goals into technical requirements and collaborate effectively with engineering and data teams.Familiarity with digital analytics, tag management, and data governance.Knowledge of banking compliance and privacy standards (e.g., GDPR, CDR).Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Why Ubank?
