About Canberra Deep Space Communication Complex (CDSCC)
Under an Agreement between the Australian and United States Governments, CSIRO has management responsibility for NASA activities in Australia at the CDSCC in Tidbinbilla, near Canberra. The opportunity
CSIRO is seeking a Culture Project Manager who will act as a trusted advisor, coach, and culture champion, facilitating open communication and collaboration to support an inclusive and productive culture. You will lead initiatives to identify key influencing factors, enhance engagement, and foster shared responsibility among staff and leaders, while recognising CDSCC as a unique workplace.
You will work closely with the Human Resources Business Partner and Organisational Development Team to leverage existing programs while delivering culture initiatives tailored to the unique environment of the Canberra Deep Space Communication Complex.
Your high-level duties
Role particulars
Location : Site based role at Canberra Deep Space Communication Complex, Tidbinbilla, ACT.
Salary : AU$131k – AU$153k per annum (pro rata for part-time), plus 15.4% superannuation.
Tenure & work schedule : Specified term of 12 months, full-time (or part-time minimum 0.6 full-time equivalent). Options for part-time and flexible work arrangements may be explored based on role needs and individual circumstances.
