Your Role

If you’ve ever dreamed of swapping city stress for sea breezes and community spirit, here’s your chance. We’re looking for a motivated Store Manager to lead our Vinnies retail store in beautiful Byron Bay. Whether you’re seeking a permanent role or a six-month adventure soaking up the Byron lifestyle, we want to hear from you! We’re also open to working holiday visa holders with the right retail leadership experience.

You’ll be the driving force behind our Byron Bay store, leading a vibrant mix of staff and volunteers to create a welcoming space where every sale helps make a difference. You’ll manage daily operations, budgets, stock, merchandising and, most importantly, ensure every customer and volunteer feels valued. This is a role that combines community impact with business smarts and a healthy dose of Byron charm.

Your Responsibility

• Lead a passionate team of staff and volunteers, building confidence, connection and fun.
• Keep the store thriving through smart roster, great merchandising and excellent service.
• Create beautiful, high quality displays that reflect the vibe of Byron Bay.
