You’ll step into a hands-on Information Security Engineer role , working closely with the Head of Information Security to help protect a modern, cloud-enabled environment while contributing to meaningful, organisation-wide security initiatives.

What you’ll be doing
- Implementing and supporting core security technologies including EDR, PAM, IPS and related cyber defence tools
- Monitoring security events, supporting incident response and assisting with investigations
- Maintaining and improving operational security processes across on-prem and cloud environments
- Conducting risk assessments and contributing to secure solution design and architecture discussions
- Partnering with technology, architecture and business teams to embed security by design
- Supporting key cyber security projects and continuous improvement initiatives
What we’re looking for
3 - 5 years’ experience in Information Security, Cyber Security Engineering or a closely related role (people ethewr side of thissPractical experience implementing and operating security controls and technologiesWorking knowledge of frameworks and standards such as NIST, ISO 27001, PCI DSSStrong communication skills...able to explain security concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholdersA collaborative mindset with a genuine interest in building secure, resilient systemsNice to have
Experience in financial services or regulated environmentsSecurity certifications (e.g. Security+, CISA , or vendor-specific certifications)Degree in technology, computer science, business or a related fieldWhy this role stands out
