The company: Established in 2010, a small client base freight and transport solutions company located in the Ringwood area.
The role: Working in a small team environment, your duties are varied and include:
- Handling all enquiries via telephone and email
- Data entry of consignment notes etc
- Maintaining client database
- Booking daily freight for customers
- Managing special rollouts and campaigns
- Invoicing
- Preparing reports, excel spreadsheeting
- Ad Hoc administration duties as required
The person: You are an experienced administrator with excellent communication skills and fast and accurate data entry. Training provided if you have not worked within the Freight/Transport industry. Attention to detail is a high priority along with time management skills, initiative and a "nothing is too much trouble" attitude.

Proficiency in MS Office i.e. Word, Excel (a must) and Outlook.
