Your Opportunity

Working in a team you will be allocated a portfolio of properties and will be responsible to ensure regular and emergency maintenance is kept up to date and are tenants are well informed and supported in their requests.

Your key responsibilities will be to :

• Identify our tenant’s maintenance need, determine the priority, and communicate expectations to all parties.
• Provide supervision and coordination of site contractors.
• Undertake building / property maintenance tasks including inspections, scoping, quality audits as necessary and in a timely manner. Such tasks may be routine or planned and / or reactive.
• Ensuring maintenance invoicing and reporting are regularly completed and deadlines achieved.
• Ensure maintenance work undertaken is compliant with corporate standards, relevant legislation, Australian standards and Workplace Health and Safety.

Requirements for Success

• Experience in property maintenance or trade knowledge / experience involving maintenance
• Experience in contractor and stakeholder management.
• Knowledge & application of relevant legislation requirements, codes & standards that relate to buildings, workplace health and safety.
• Experience in managing site maintenance budgets, work orders and requisitions.
• Previous experience working on a CMMS (Computerised maintenance management system), MS Office programs including Excel.
• Ability to work cooperatively with tenants and within a community.
• Ability to complete property site inspection visits and assess maintenance works for compliance against quality expectations and specifications.
• Current drivers’ licence.

Before starting work with us, you will need to undertake a national police history check, qualifications and referee checks, and have a clearance to work with children / vulnerable people for NSW.
