This partnership positions us for accelerated growth, and access to a broader global network – while maintaining our local expertise and client relationships.

About the Role :

Due to our continued national expansion and a strong pipeline of transport infrastructure projects, particularly in Queensland, we are seeking an experienced Transport Civil Engineer , Civil Designer , and Transport Modeller with a minimum of 5 years' experience. Ideal candidates will have a solid background working with Queensland’s Department of Transport and Main Roads (TMR) , either as a direct employee or through engineering consultancies delivering TMR projects and a passion for delivering high‑quality road and highway engineering solutions.

The role would ideally be based in Brisbane however we are open to candidates working from any of our offices across Queensland. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to projects ranging from planning and feasibility through to detailed design and construction phase support. In this role, you will apply your technical expertise and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver impactful transport infrastructure outcomes that meet client and regulatory standards.

We are perfectly positioned, already servicing Local and State Government projects across our regional offices and we will have our part to play in the Brisbane Olympics. New South Wales offices are growing rapidly and expanding their services, Western Australia is seeing renewed opportunity in the transport market, and we have a strategy to increase our footprint in Victoria.

Projects include activities from Planning through Feasibility, Options Analysis, Business Case, Preliminary and Detailed Design and Construction Phase Support :

• New or upgraded urban and rural roads and infrastructure
• Safety projects – road and bridge widening, intersection upgrades
• Active Transport – on and off road cycleways and shared paths
