Everyone in the team is fully trained and supported to provide excellent results for customers. The team is also backed by state-of-the-art technology, for the greatest quality of repairs. The site is close to Brisbane CBD and easy to reach by car or public transport : 600–700 m from Albion Train Station, Abbotsford Road and the M7.

The Opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Officer to join the team at Shipstone Accident Repair Specialists, Windsor.

As a Customer Service professional, you will be assisting and supporting our wider team and managers with administration support and providing our customers updates regarding their vehicle repairs.

The role offers a permanent position, Monday to Friday.

Role responsibilities

• Ensuring the environment is always customer friendly
• Greeting customers on arrival.
• Keeping our customers informed about the repair process and anticipated completion dates for their vehicles
• Contacting customer to ensure that they are satisfied with the AMA experience
• Telephone and email correspondence
• Supporting management with inventory (parts, paint, consumables etc)
• Liaise with insurance providers regarding claims / repairs
