Job description

Are you a seasoned Customer Service Administrator ready for your next role in a professional services setting? We're currently on the lookout for skilled customer service professionals to join a vibrant team in Maroochydore on a contract basis.

You will play a key role in supporting a remediation project - receiving full training in your first week and will have ongoing support from the core team for escalations. This is a fantastic opportunity for customer service professionals to gain exposure in a fast-paced, multi-channel contact centre environment, with a real opportunity to transition into a permanent role.

Duties and responsibilities include :

  • Handling customer queries and remediation-related issues across multiple channels : inbound and outbound phone, SMS, email, and social media
  • Communicating clearly, empathetically and professionally to resolve potentially challenging customer interactions
  • Navigating multiple systems confidently to access customer records, policies and communication tools
  • Working closely with your team to meet service levels and maintain a high standard of customer care
  • Ensuring smooth day-to-day operations in a fast-paced environment
  • We are looking for someone with :

  • Previous customer service experience—call centre background highly regarded
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to remain calm, empathetic and resilient during challenging conversations
  • Tech-savvy with good proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Teams and Excel)
  • Confident navigating multiple systems and adaptable to change
  • A genuine team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
  • Flexibility to commence a new role on short notice
