The Role

Join a forward-thinking organization and play a vital role as an APS5 Program Coordinator, where you’ll contribute to delivering innovative ICT-based solutions. This role is significant for the ongoing enhancement of services aimed at empowering the community, and your expertise will be integral in managing resources and facilitating seamless communication among teams and stakeholders.

Your duties will include :

• Managing resource allocations, maintaining comprehensive resource trackers, and facilitating the onboarding process for new team members.
• Providing tool access to critical platforms such as Jira, Confluence, and VDI to enhance team collaboration.
• Serving as a communication link between team members and various stakeholders in the organization.
• Planning and organizing project meetings and workshops, ensuring smooth logistics with internal and external participants.
• Maintaining accurate project documentation, including meeting minutes, action items, and project reports to support ongoing decision-making.
• Assisting with procurement activities under the guidance of the Assistant Director to ensure the efficient operation of the branch.

Skills and Experience we are looking for :

• 3-4 years of experience in a similar administrative or coordination role.
• Proven administrative skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Hands‑on experience in effectively managing resources and logistics.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
• Experience in project management, PMO, or business administration is highly desirable.
