About the role
You’ll play a key role in shaping how people at the ABC work every day, contributing to the design, implementation and support of modern end‑user devices and services. Working closely with your team, and under the general direction of the End User Computing & Enablement Team Leader, you’ll deliver high‑quality technical support through ABC’s ITSM tools, resolving moderately complex incidents, changes and problems.
You’ll collaborate on projects that enable new ways of working, help introduce modern device management practices, and build automation and self‑service solutions that improve the end‑user experience. Along the way, you’ll actively support ABC’s cyber‑security strategies and help keep our people and systems safe.

The Product & Technology (P&T) division is responsible for delivering the technology and services that enable the ABC to fulfil its creative, strategic and business goals. The scope of activities and responsibilities of the P&T division range from keeping ABC programmes and services on‑air and online, to delivering on key projects, as well as assisting in setting the technology strategy and architecture for the ABC.
