86k $103k Super Salary Packaging (salary negotiable depending on qualificationsand experience)

Duties

  • Perform functional assessments for young children and develop tailored intervention plans.
  • Collaborate with families and transdisciplinary teams to implement individualised goals.
  • Provide direct Speech Pathology services in both oneonone and group settings.
  • Support families educators and professionals in creating inclusive environments and staying updated on best practices.

Skills and Experience

You will be a qualified Speech Pathologist with significant practice experience and :

Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology.

Registration with Speech Pathology Australia.

Experience working with young children with developmental delays or disability and their families.

Openness to work in an innovative dynamic and relationally informed early intervention model.

Knowledge of early childhood intervention principles and best practice

Experience and ability to mentor colleagues and provide clinical supervision within framework guidelines.

Current drivers licence willingness / ability to travel to clients (pool cars provided).

Current Blue Card.
